Fees for private psychological services are not covered by MSI but most people have extended health coverage (e.g. Blue Cross), either through their places of employment or privately, that will cover all or part of the fees for psychological services. Have your insurance plan number and certificate or identification number handy when you call.

  • Does my plan cover the services of a Registered Psychologist?
  • How much coverage do I have per year?

  • Is there a deductible amount, which I have to pay before I qualify for reimbursement?
  • Do I require a physician's referral to qualify for my insurance coverage?
  • How do I submit my claim for reimbursement?
