GPS psychologists provide services to small and large local and national corporations and agencies.

Genest Psychological Services Incorporated (GPS) has provided clinical and consulting services to individuals and corporate clients since 1982. Incorporated in 1998, GPS is a comprehensive service firm, offering counselling and therapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and families; and consultation for businesses, federal, provincial, and municipal governments, insurers, and legal firms.

With seven psychologists providing clinical and consulting services, GPS offers a broad range of therapy specialities in addition to corporate consultation, workshops, assessments and emergency and trauma response.

In 2004, GPS Consulting Inc. was formed and incorporated to offer specialty services to our corporate clients.

Psychologists are licensed professionals with a doctoral or masters degree and supervised experience, who have passed both a written and oral examination. Governed by a code of ethics and a legislated Board, psychologists are required to respect confidentiality and provide services that adhere to national and provincial practice standards.

GPS consultants provide human capital development, team development and organizational development services.

Our workplace assessments, executive coaching, and management-effectiveness-training are offered by knowledgeable and experienced psychologists and tailored for all types and sizes of results-oriented, high performance workplaces. GPS psychologists provide expert assistance in assessing competencies within an organization and developing strategies for identifying, recruiting and retaining high performing employees. We also provide broadly based assistance for occupational stress, emergency and trauma intervention for groups or individual employees exposed to trauma, employee assistance, counselling and therapy and offer workshops tailored to your corporate needs.
